The story so far...
Cookhouse, the groups awarding winning food initiative, is all about the farm-to-fork food philosophy of the seventeen Soho House Group kitchens worldwide. It aims to attract, develop and promote great chefs with a real passion for food.
We love to invest in our chefs and do so through; training, local and overseas tastings, sourcing trips, visits from inspirational guest chefs, providing cookbook and magazine libraries, and members’ events. We hold several events, trips and demonstrations each month for our chefs and in the past we’ve been mushroom foraging, boar hunting, and oil tasting in Tuscany. We also produce a quartely magazine which is packed full of foodie facts and information about the group.
Following twelve months of service, chef de partie and above are offered the opportunity to train across the east and west coasts of America – six months in West Hollywood followed by six months in New York or Miami (based on performance).
