Management Trainee Program

Overview

The Management Trainee program is designed for external candidates who have graduated with a Hotel Management/Hospitality degree and would like to pursue a career in Hospitality. This program will give them the training needed to progress into a management role within the Soho House Group.

Additionally, we open this program to internal non-managers who are keen to progress into a Management Role.

The program takes 14 months to complete and will involve rotating through various sites and departments.

Program Objective

The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to develop graduates who have successfully completed Hospitality studies into strong operational managers at either our Clubs or Restaurants. The program is designed to ease the transition from the academic environment into the hospitality industry.

Floor 3 months
Kitchen 2 months
Reception 3 months
Bar 3 months
Human Resources / Cost Control 1 month
Housekeeping 1 month
Shadow Management 1 month

Promotion to Management Position

If job performance and development progress into the Soho House Group are successful, promotion to the Management team will occur at the end of the program.
