Program Structure
Learning Objectives
There will be set learning objectives to meet within each department you’re assigned to
It will be your responsibility to ensure your Learning Objectives are achieved.
Support will be provided by Mentors and the Human Resource Department; however you are ultimately accountable for your development.
Mentors
A ‘site mentor’ will be assigned to you upon arrival and is someone who is currently on our Management Team. Your ‘site mentor’ will offer support in ensuring your learning objectives are met, and assist you with any questions / challenges you might face. Additionally, you will be assigned a Director who will also act as a Mentor, by meeting with you every three months for a ‘catch-up’. The purpose of these meetings will be to monitor your progress but it also will give you an opportunity to voice any concerns you might have.
