What attracted you to the Soho House Group?

The major attraction was the modern view of service, and the way its venues were described. I liked the view of ownership over one place, it shows pride for the product. Also the fact that there was no hint of a “normal” server, which gives you the freedom to put your own personality into service was attractive.

What did you enjoy the most about the program?

The fact that I got the opportunity to transfer from site to site regularly, whilst covering all aspects of business was amazing. I got to meet most of our Managers and a vast majority of people working for the company in London. And, off course, the Cannes Film festival, Pop-up event…. need I say more!

Why was the program beneficial to you?

It gives a fantastic insight into the company and a good scope of the London hospitality market. I think this is the major benefit of the program. Also all the hands on knowledge and the contacts you make!

What attracted you to the Soho House Group?

I came to the Soho House Group because it was the coolest possible place I could find to work. It was an establishment which offered quality dining service with a relaxed style, which suited my Caribbean background perfectly!

What did you enjoy the most about the program?

The program offered me a chance to test myself across all departments, and allowed me to learn from the bottom up, as any good Manager should.

I loved working in the Kitchen and Housekeeping, something my mum would be proud of me for!

Why was the program beneficial to you?

The program was extremely beneficial because it allowed me to truly understand the Soho House way.

Integration and communication throughout all departments and various units means if I require any help or assistance I can turn to so many people.
