Our food philosophy is all about unpretentious, home-from-home cooking. We follow our food from farm to fork and use great ingredients, treated simply and with respect. Whether we’re flipping Dirty Burgers, making pasta in Cecconi’s or firing up the wood ovens for wood-roasted pizza in one of our many houses, for us cooking isn’t just a job, it’s a passion.

Our Head Chefs and their teams work together to create simple, honest dishes and floor staff are encouraged to enhance their knowledge and confidence at regular menu tastings. The monthly Cookhouse training programme is open to all Soho House & Co employees and aims to attract, develop and encourage those passionate about food with inspiring and developmental trips, trainings and events. We’re joined by leading chefs from the industry, hold regular competitions to put our chef’s skills to the test and arrange days out of the kitchen, from foraging to hunting and fishing trips.
