The Management Training Programme is designed for candidates who have graduated with a Hospitality/Hotel Management degree and are looking to pursue a career within hospitality. We offer both a Food & Beverage and Room’s Division Programme, consisting of 14 months of training. Both programmes have tailored training schedules that will take trainees through a number of departments including management training. The programme is also open to internal non-management members of Soho House & Co staff who are looking to further their career with Soho House & Co.

Program Objective

The objective of the Management Training Programme is to develop graduates and employees who have successfully completed Hospitality studies into strong operational managers at either our Clubs or Restaurants. The programme is designed to ease the transition from the academic environment or line level into hospitality management.
