WHAT'S NEW? WHAT'S NEXT?

As an expanding company we are constantly moving onwards and upwards, whether this is through the opening of new sites or the refurbishment of our current sites. As an employer this gives us a massive advantage in being able to offer our staff rewarding global prospects, with the opportunity of overseas transfers/stages.

We also run a number of Pop-Up/external events which give our employees the opportunity to work and socialise with other staff members at the Soho House Group. More importantly this gives them extra experiences outside of their normal working environment, often in different countries.

Every year Soho House Group takes over Chiswick House and gardens to put on a fantastic summer festival, supporting a number of local charities. With a mix of live performances from some of the UK’s top bands and delicious food provided by the Soho House Groups’ kitchens, it’s always a hit with both employees and members. This year we reached record highs when we grilled over 3000 lobsters!

Year after year we gather no less than 300 Bartenders, Chef’s, Managers, Waiters and Support Staff to make what is always a day and night to remember. Take a look at the video from this year’s festival;

We also essemble “Task Force” teams to run our Pop-Up’s at some of the world’s biggest events such as:
