Training and Development
At the Soho House Group we believe that our Houses are only as good as the people who work in them, therefore we make training our upmost priority.
We offer a number of learning and development programmes that help all our employees’ progress up the career ladder. These range from our Middle Management Matrix; an innovative 14 month training program for existing talented employees, to the ‘Big job’; a preparation program designed to take our Deputy Managers, Senior Sous and Club Managers to the next level.
We’ve also launched our two very own food and drink initiatives; Cookhouse and House Tonic. These quarterly publications and monthly events calendars work to promote the drink and food philosophy of the chefs and bartenders of the Soho House Group.
They offer great opportunities for employees to develop their knowledge and swap ideas on anything food and drink related! Our jam packed training calendars ensure that every employee has the core skills they need to grow from.
