Middle Management Matrix

This is an innovative 14 month intensive training program for existing talented employees who have consistently displayed flair and aptitude in a junior management role and who want to progress within the Group.

During the programme those attending learn about hard & soft management skills and gain a nationally accredited Institute of Leadership & Management qualification.

This Certificate in Team Leadership incorporates the following modules:
• Developing yourself as a team leader
• Motivating the work team to perform
• Planning and monitoring work
• Maintaining a Healthy and Safe Work environment
• Workplace communication
• Leading your work team

We support this with the following in house courses:
• Disciplinary skills
• Interview and selection skills
• Group training skills
• On the job coaching
• Health and Safety awareness
• Intermediate Food Hygiene
• First Aid at work
• Personal licence
• Wine Academy training

You will also be allocated to work on one of our pop up events which include the Cannes Film Festival and the BAFTAs.

Supporting you will be a mentor who will be a graduate of the previous Middle management matrix.
