Rise to the top

As a company we advocate internal movement and promotion across the group, below are a few examples of how some of our empoyees have risen to the top;

I started at Soho House in September 2003 as a Toilet Attendant. After 2 years of hard work running up and down the stairs I was given the opportunity to become a runner. 18 months went by and I became a Waitress which meant less stair as I was on the top floor – Halalooya!! Shortly after, a Head Waitress role became available so I applied and to my surprise I was offered the role by my then GM Pierre…

From this point on I knew that if I carried on working hard and pushing, the opportunities would come to me and I was rewarded in the form of a Floor Manager – WOW what a buzz. My story doesn’t end there, I am now Club Manager here at Soho House and have been for the last 2 years…

I have worked with some amazing people over the years and we have a really close team here. I’ll be honest it’s not always easy; the hours can be long and the shifts hectic but everyday is a different day and the rewards are there for everyone to see.
