The evening began with warm, freshly baked corn bread, setting the tone for the delectable feast that followed. Guests indulged in a variety of tacos, each bursting with unique flavors and ingredients, followed by rich and savory carnitas and enchiladas for the main course. The grand finale was a sweet and satisfying sticky toffee madeleine, leaving everyone with a delightful taste of Baja-inspired magic.
