Sales Manager  - Soho House Amsterdam 

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for the House by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients, maintain existing client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, expanding market share, and promoting the hotel’s services and facilities.

 Sales and Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Close sales contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and meet the hotel's standards.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.

Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Food and Beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the House.

Administrative Duties
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.

What we are looking for someone with;

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication (English, Dutch is a pre)and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the local Amsterdam market and industry trends.
