The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Head Sushi Chef, to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). We are looking for a Head Chef that is passionate about food and drink and has at least 3-4 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant.
Working alongside the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP. We are looking for a person with a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful, financially viable business and be an inspirational leader to the brigade.
