Located in seven Grade II-listed townhouses, Kettner’s is a Soho institution, known for its colourful history. To the left of the entrance we have the Champagne Bar, a beautiful event space with a circular bar in the centre and lots of lounge seating. Kettner’s also has 33 bedrooms ranging from Tiny and Medium to a Jacobean Suite with its own private entrance. Kettner’s focuses on French classics inspired by its original restaurant that opened in 1867, including Terrine de Campagne, Poulet aux Morilles and Cote de Boeuf. Plus, a two and three-course prix fixe menu.
The Role…
As the Senior Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP..
