This is an operational training that the main objective is to rotate through the different areas of the Restaurant: commis, waiter, room service, and events.
·Setting up the tables.
·Being in charge of the gueridons and stations.
·Support the waiter.
·Serve the dishes to the tables.
·Taking orders.
·Pass master.
·Knowledge about the Food and Drinks menu.
·Attending trainings of the department.
·Opening procedures.
·Closing procedures.
·Events setting up the room, and service.
