We are looking for "Membership Manager" will be responsible for;
- Maintain a constant presence in the club, being the ‘face’ of the house to members. Lead or oversee all new member introductions to the House ensure understanding of benefits, offerings & House culture. Complete a minimum of 3 evening shifts on the floor per week, and compile observations for daily reports.
- Monitor & document any member resignations via personal contact.
- Schedule, organize and chair committee meetings approximately every 3 months to consider, discuss and review new member applicants. Additionally, gather feedback about club developments, quality of service, facilities and member perceptions.
- Play an active role in contributing to the member events programming in conjunction with the Member Events Manager & facilitate Member conceptualized events.
- Engage in the local Istanbul creative scene including events, parties and launches. Develop contacts, network and increase awareness of the House, offerings & the application process.
- In charge of guest list and invitations for Soho House İstanbul.
- Play an active role in contributing to the member events programming in conjunction with the Member Events Manager & facilitate Member conceptualized events.
- Acting as a liaison between an individual Club and its members, obtaining feedback and generally evaluating the mood of a club from a membership perspective. All feedback to be regularly reported to Head of Membership and Communications for appropriate action.
- Sourcing ideas for members’ events at each of the clubs, based on feedback/demand. Also to oversee the smooth-running of events and establish how well-attended and received they are.
