We are looking for "Bar Manager" with the qualifications below:
- Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the bar
- Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times
- Review and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targets
- Inventory and ordering procedures knowledge
- Setting and maintaining standards to ensure the guest experience is effective and hospitable
- Playing a key role in the training, development and retention of the team that direct reports to him/her
- This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Working experience in similar role for minimum 2-5 years as a Bar Manager (preferably in 5* hotels, or high-end restaurant)
- English Knowledge
- Computer operating skills including MS Office/Excel
- Effective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support peers, the manager and the team of him/her
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
