Our Ned’s Club members expect the most exclusive service across our restaurant and bars. Our Restaurant Hosts are the team of smiling faces providing a warm welcome and getting our members and their guests settled in.
Building rapport with the members is crucial for this role, as the first point of contact in the Club you and your teammates will set the tone for the rest of the experience by providing an excellent welcome and farewell.

Who we are…
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to be opening a Ned’s Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location.
The Property…
Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.
The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.
Reporting into the Head Host and as a key part of our club operations team you will:
· Be part of a team of hosts welcoming and settling our members and guests, setting the tone for the rest of the visit
· Handle members requests and queries regarding their reservations
· Collaborate with our membership relations team where necessary, providing members with an amazing experience every time is your top priority
· Build rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience – storing their preferences in our reservation system
· Set our management and service teams up for success by providing key information about the guests to allow them to surprise and delight them with exceptional hospitality
· Assist with phone call and email communication for exceptional member experiences

· As the smiling face that greets every member and guest to our Club spaces, you’ll have a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality
· This can be a high-pressure role, so a calm demeanor and ability to defuse situations and turn them into a positive is extremely valuable
· In our Club spaces you may be looking after high-profile people who value their privacy, so a degree of confidentiality is non-negotiable
