We are looking for a “Front Office Receptionist” with the qualifications below:
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in Turkish & English

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance together with excellent communication, problem solving and listening skills
- A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected by guests and Soho House members
- Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
- Being approachable and reliable
- Ability to be flexible as the job changes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary
- Knowledge of Opera PMS System
- Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish
Job Description:
- Responsibility for the care of hotel guests throughout their visit
- To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service
- Responsibility for check-in, concierge duties and check-out
- To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guests – with a smile and making eye contact
- To escort guests to their room whenever possible and taking their luggage
- Take responsibility for the presentation of the front of house
- Fully understand and operate the telephone systems
- Fully understand and operate the hotel property management system
- Assist Reservation Team with hotel enquiries and reservations
- Ensure good communication with all departments with guest’s special requests and feedback whether good or bad
- To be fully familiar with the hotel layout
- Accountable for the Reception cash handling issues
- To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
- To have a good product knowledge in order to increase sales whenever possible
- To fully understand the bedrooms layout as well as their features and equipments
