We are looking for a “Waiter” for our French Cuisine Restaurant Club Boheme with the qualifications below:
Qualifications:
- Experience in fine dining restaurant at least 3 years as a Waiter
- Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary
- Excellent command of English
Job Description:
- Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
- Suggest food and beverages to the guests and also try to up-sell
- Communicate to the guests and provide assistance with their queries
- Coordinate with different departments (i.e. bar/kitchen etc.) to ensure smooth operation and guests satisfaction
- Promptly respond to the guests with any additional requests
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Aware of allergy procedure
- Familiar with all tasting-notes from all menu items (food and beverage)
- Help other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Making sure that a proper handover has been done before leaving the shift
