The role…
At Soho House, the Club Reception is responsible for welcoming, directing or signing in all members and guests to the property. As Club Reception, you will wear many hats and oversee the diverse portfolio of your local properties; reception desk and handle basic computer duties, host in the Restaurant and Rooftop, as well as performing Guest List responsibilities.
A successful and experienced Club Reception, may also be responsible for training other members of the reception team and may be responsible for Maitre’d duties. We hope that you’re a people person with excellent professional phone etiquette and a flair for making members and guests feel welcome!
