What We Are Looking For

We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

Furthermore, we would like you to be able to say yes to the following:

Job Summary

  • Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly at all times.
  • Receive calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries.
  • Responsible to answer the main line and sending calls in the right direction as needed.
  • Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.
  • Receptionists must keep the reception area, desk, and coat check clean at all times.
  • Take IRD orders.
  • Knowledge of IRD menus.
  • Perform Guest List duties on the floor level or Rooftop.
  • Assist with any guest related issues.
  • Converse with members and report any potential issues to their Manager.
  • Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
  • Comply with all hotel policies, standards and local laws.
  • Any other tasks assigned by manager.
