The Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead energising, safe, and engaging group fitness classes while fostering strong relationships with our members. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their wellness goals, while ensuring Shoreditch Health Club's high standards of service and experience are upheld.

• Working closely with the fitness team to ensure a high standard of the studio spaces,
• exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding member expectations.
• Deliver exceptional group fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, HIIT,
• strength training, and other wellness modalities.
• Ensure proper gym equipment use and maintain safety.
• Build strong relationships with members, providing encouragement, advice and support
• to help them achieve their fitness goals.

 

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should be a confident, proactive leader with a passion for the fitness and wellness industry. Specific qualities and qualifications include:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a group fitness teacher in a premium or
• luxury fitness environment.
• Certified by a recognised fitness organisation
• Strong understanding of fitness techniques and group training methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with
• members of varying fitness levels.
