The Role…

Soho House are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Director (ERP) to take on the crucial role of driving the technical delivery of the ERP System & Implementation for Soho House. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer you will ensure a successful collaboration with multiple digital leads across IT, Data, Engineering, and Security teams.

This role will be based at our Global Head Office, located at 180 Strand - London.

Main Duties…

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the ERP system for Soho House, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.
• Serve as the key point of contact for all ERP-related matters, directly liaising with the Chief Technology Officer to align strategies and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Digital leads across IT, Data, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure cohesive, timely, and efficient ERP system integration.
• Hold the Systems Integrator (SI) to the highest standards of accountability, driving excellence in work quality, project timelines, and deliverable expectations.
• Remain flexible to take on additional strategic responsibilities beyond core ERP, managing and overseeing related technology projects to meet business objectives.

What We Are Looking For…

Experience

• Director-level experience with a strong hands-on background in Oracle ERP systems, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
• Proven track record in leading multiple large-scale IT programs, with a focus on complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive enterprise IT experience, ideally within the Finance sector.
• Technical proficiency over functional, with a strong ability to problem-solve and dive into the details when necessary to resolve challenges.
• Strong foundation as an architect, with experience growing into leadership roles—comfort in balancing technical oversight and functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Background with top-tier consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, or large international technology providers, bringing experience in handling enterprise-level challenges.
• Commercially astute, with a keen understanding of budget management, prioritisation, and spend control, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost parameters.
