In the heart of London’s Soho, Cecconi’s Pizza bar offers a more relaxed take on the Cecconi’s dining experience with a menu of homemade pasta and wood fired oven pizzas served alongside Aperol Spritzes and Negronis on tap. An authentic Aperitivo is available everyday accompanied by live music from a changing rotation of DJs.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Central London team at Cecconi's Pizza Bar (W1D 5JJ). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
