The Role…

Our digital platform has evolved to the point of reasonable maturity for Soho House, we are now focussing on transforming our backoffice platforms. This newly created role will focus on building state of the art integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

We operate a flat structure where a lean Architecture team, along with Lead Engineers collectively drive the technology vision and strategy. As Senior Integrations Specialist this role will contribute in developing strategic systems integrations. You will bring expertise in systems integration, spanning from file base batch integrations to modern APIs, and covering the full development lifecycle and support. These integrations will connect mission critical systems that support Soho House strategic goals.

You will ensure integrations are implemented with sound engineering principles, either those developed in house or by our partners. This will include performance, monitoring & alerting, automated testing, security, compliance, logging & auditing, error handling and other software engineering principles and good practices.

In collaboration with business SMEs, the Enterprise Architect Lead, engineering leadership and our technology partners, you will build and maintain critical integrations. You will advise on integration best practices, having quality and robustness as primary considerations.

The role will be based at the London Support Office, is part of the Digital Engineering team and reports directly to the Enterprise Architect Lead, with whom you will work to deliver the integrations in a fit for purpose, quality conscious manner, aligned to the company’s enterprise architecture. This is a role that requires an individual who can work with light supervision and take accountability and who are authentic and driven.

Main Duties...

• Design, develop, test and support integrations
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders
• Engage with platform end users/customer across the group to ensure integrations are fit for purpose
• Able to follow trends in the integration space
• Subject Matter Expertise on Oracle Integration Cloud Service

Day To Day You Will...

• Work closely with business SMEs, IT and software engineers
• Talk to end users to refine requirements, UAT and integrations support
• Track work on ticketing systems
• Produce and update technical documentation
• Work on Oracle Integration Cloud

What We Are Looking For...

• Expert understanding and hands-on experience of Oracle Integration Cloud
• Understanding of cloud technologies
• Familiar with various integration methodologies
• A champion of using technology to improve business outcomes
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to get the job done
