The Role…
At Soho House a Maitre’D is passionate about customer service and hospitality as well as responsible for supervising members of the Host/Reception team. As the Maitre’D, you provide guests a fun, approachable and rememberable experience. Maitre’D also helps with welcoming, informing and training new employees on managing the reservation books, restaurant information and steps of service. Also, responsible for managing the reservation book, communicating special requests and notes to the appropriate staff member and updating the member’s data base daily. A successful Maitre’D remains cool under pressure, quickly problem solves, identifies solutions and opportunities for positive experiences. In addition to thriving in fast-paced environments, the Maitre'D will maintain order while building relationships and delivering outstanding service that lives up to the Soho House standards.
