Requirements:

• Professional education in the hospitality industry
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Good command of Microsoft Office

Job Description:

• Maximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels, managing inventory and rate accordingly
• Liaise with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profit
• Play an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan and budgeting processes
• Ensures accurate and timely preparation of analytical reports
• Deliver to our guests a total passion and commitment to excellence
• Take full responsibility with general enquiries, reservations, correspondence and updating guests history
• Take responsibility for ensuring room-type overbookings are sorted in good time
• Responsible for training all Reception staff on Reservation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all reservation systems to optimize average room rate and occupancy
• Demonstrate full understanding and efficient operation of telephone and paging systems.
