We are looking for  Member Admin Coordinator will be responsible for;

  • Graduated from related departments of universities
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office programs
  • High communication skills
  • Attention to detail and attention to detail
  • Guest/Member oriented
  • Able to use time effectively and analytical

Job Description

  • Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Report on collection activity
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsand/or alternatives
