The Role…
At Soho House, a Guest Service Agent will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, travel arrangements, booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system.

Key duties…
- Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant, the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk.
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests.
- Prepares expected arrival list for front office use.
- Updates member and guests’ profiles. .
- Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house
- Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.
What we are looking for...
A successful Guest Service Agent for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
