The Role…
At Soho House, the Spa Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an exceptional, luxury experience for our members and guests. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the spa, maintaining the highest standards of service, and motivating a team of therapists and reception staff to deliver outstanding wellbeing treatments and hospitality.

Key duties…
- Lead and inspire the spa team to provide exemplary service and maintain a consistently high standard of treatments and hospitality.
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including bookings, scheduling, therapist performance, and guest service.
- Ensure the spa is clean, safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create and manage treatment menus, promotional offers, and seasonal wellness packages in collaboration with the wider hospitality and marketing teams.
- Manage spa inventory and ordering of stock and supplies, ensuring effective cost control and supplier relations.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and support.
- Manage the spa’s P&L, tracking KPIs such as treatment revenue, retail sales, therapist utilisation, and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback, resolving any issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Events, Membership, F&B) to offer wellness experiences that enhance member satisfaction.
What we are looking for...
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in spa management within a luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or members club.
- Recognised qualification in spa therapy, wellness, or beauty therapy (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC).
- Proven leadership and operational experience, including team development and KPI delivery.
- Deep understanding of luxury guest service and premium wellness trends.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literacy including spa booking systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
