- Assist the CDP/Sous Chef in daily mise-en-place and service operations.
- Execute Italian dishes to brand standards, including pasta, pizza, and grill sections.
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control during service.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation as per company standards.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative brigade culture.
- Participate in menu preparation aligned with Cecconi’s philosophy of simple dishes driven by quality ingredients.
- 2–4 years of culinary experience (Italian cuisine exposure preferred).
- Strong fundamentals in hot kitchen operations and mise-en-place discipline.
- Passion for ingredient-led cooking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, premium dining environment.
- Team player with willingness to learn global Soho House standards.
