As Soho House continues to evolve its global lifestyle offering, we are launching a new Branded Residences vertical starting with our flagship development in Los Cabos. This role is a rare opportunity to lead the creation of a new category within the Soho House ecosystem, blending luxury residential living with our distinctive member experience.

The Director, Branded Residences will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, operational execution, and brand integration of this new vertical. You will lead the launch of our first residential development, build scalable frameworks for future projects, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the Soho House ethos.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role requiring deep expertise in luxury real estate, hospitality, and brand experience. It also demands frequent international travel to project sites, headquarters, and future development locations.

Key Responsibilities..

Strategic Leadership & Launch Execution

  • Develop the strategic roadmap for the Branded Residences vertical, including positioning, value proposition, and long-term growth.
  • Define the operating model, service philosophy, and homeowner/member experience standards.
  • Align internal stakeholders across Development, Design, Membership, Operations, and Marketing

Project Management & Delivery

  • Act as PMO for the Los Cabos launch, overseeing development timelines, budget adherence, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure readiness across sales, marketing, and operations for a seamless handover and activation.
  • Manage risk, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across all phases of delivery.

Brand Experience & Service Design

  • Design a residential experience that reflects Soho House’s lifestyle, values, and member-first philosophy.
  • Develop service protocols, loyalty programs, and community-building initiatives tailored to homeowners.
  • Ensure consistency across physical design, service delivery, and cultural programming.

Portfolio Expansion & Scalability

  • Identify and evaluate future branded residence opportunities in key global markets.
  • Build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks to support future developments.
  • Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and partner assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external developers, consultants, and homeowners.
  • Facilitate alignment across commercial, operational, and brand objectives.
  • Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

What We’re Looking For..

  • Proven experience launching and managing branded residences within hospitality, luxury real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong strategic and operational acumen, with a track record of cross-functional leadership and complex project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of luxury residential markets, homeowner expectations, and brand integration.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ideally with PMO or program leadership experience.
  • Ability to balance creative brand-building with commercial and operational discipline.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating exceptional living environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across international locations.

Travel Expectations

Given the global nature of the role and the hands-on leadership required, the Director will be expected to:

  • Travel to Los Cabos monthly or bi-monthly during pre-development, construction, and launch phases to oversee progress, meet with partners, and ensure brand alignment.
  • Visit Soho House HQ quarterly for strategic planning, executive reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attend industry events, site visits, and partner meetings globally to support future pipeline development and market intelligence.
  • Estimated travel: 30–40% of time, with flexibility based on project lifecycle and business needs.
