The Role…
At Soho House the Americas Event Producer is responsible for supporting the Head of Event Production with the delivery & production of Soho House Primary Events in North America – including but not limited to Coachella Hideout, House Festival NYC, One Night Only Dinner series, Food Festival, Wellness Festival, Miami Art Week in 2026 and beyond.
This role will work closely with the counterparts in the UK and Europe to ensure there’s consistent experiences for Soho House members in all regions, whilst ensuring they are culturally relevant to the Regions. At times, this role may support on projects in these other regions as and when required by the business.
Main Duties…
- Event Production Support – responsible for all supplier contracting & invoicing, supplier H&S, supplier liaison for advancing and onsite logistics, accommodation management - members, staffing, partnerships, project admin (event specific email inbox management, decks, partnerships deliverables), app event listing admin (updating, copy, subbing, guestlists, table plans), creative collateral timings and print deadlines, member goodie bag management (sourcing and packing onsite at events), deliveries direct houses (sharing of info to the house etc) and transport assistance.
- Event Production – while the role is working heavily in partnership with the Head of Event Production who will lead the delivery for 2026, the Event Producer role will have the opportunity to lead projects and events across the Americas, depending on capacity and resource, which would include end to end PM, post event ROI/reviews, budget management, leading a project team to meet all deliverables on time.
- Food & Beverage Producer at House Festival – this role will take the lead on management of all on site operational in pre production – equipment, logistics, food curation, third party management, onsite deliverables of our onsite partners and work closely with internal and external operational teams.
- Current Trends – stay on top of the most relevant trends externally in the world of event curation, technologies to support event logistics/guest list/ticketing but also internally within the world of Soho House, understanding our standards in food, drink, service & style.
Experience Required
- Event Production – 3-5 years’ experience in event production, with experience working on green site events or large festival a bonus.
- Budget Management - solid understanding of budget creation, cost control and expense reporting.
- Communication – excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must, with the ability to produce event decks & reports essential.
- Project Management – experience in end to end project management.
- Organisation & Attention to Detail - the role requires a fast learner with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, who is deadline driven.
- Health & Safety – a good understanding of Health & Safety, permitting and license laws and requirements in the Americas to produce events in is essential.
- Hospitality/F&B experience – experience working with chefs, caterers, drinks suppliers, FOH staff.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
