Human Resources Intern - Soho House Amsterdam

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People & Culture team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of HR activities and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process, assisting with personnel administration, creating newsletters and internal communications, and acting as a first point of contact for colleagues. This internship offers plenty of flexibility to explore your interests—once you’ve mastered the basics, there’s room to dive deeper into areas such as recruitment, sickness management, or employee relations.

Throughout your internship, you’ll receive training and coaching to develop both technical and interpersonal skills, with the goal of helping you grow into a confident, independent HR professional.

What we’re looking for

• Available to start your internship in June 2026
• Currently studying an HR‑related degree and seeking an internship as part of your studies
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• A passion for hospitality and people‑focused environments
• A strong team player with clear communication skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus; other languages are welcome)
