The Role
This position is responsible for supporting financial controls within the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions and proper follow-up on outstanding balances. The role works closely with both the Finance team and the F&B operation, acting as a key control point between departments.
Main Duties
Morning (Financial Follow-up & Controls):
- Review previous day’s transactions and identify discrepancies in credit card closures (e.g., incorrect card type recorded in Micros vs. actual payment method)
- Investigate and correct posting errors in coordination with the team
- Monitor and follow up on walk-outs (members leaving without settling their bills)
- Identify members and send payment links along with follow-up emails
- Perform two follow-up attempts; if unresolved, escalate to the Membership team for further action.
Midday (Operational Support & Audits):
- Support the F&B operation during peak hours (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
- Assist captains and floor managers with closing checks in Micros
- Conduct spot audits to ensure all consumed items are properly recorded in the system
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures

Profile & Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering, finance support, or similar roles (F&B/hospitality experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working closely with operational teams
- Basic system knowledge (Micros experience is a plus)
- Portuguese required; English not mandatory
