The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Members Events Coordinator. In this role you will be supporting & coordinating our member events programming and membership administration.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Upload member events details to Soho House’s online platform, manage RSVPs and waitlists
• Prepare detailed and clear function sheets for every member event
• Ensure that event rooms are set up (AV, F&B requirements, RVSPs, guest list, etc)
• Assist Member Events Manager to organize and update event contracts, invoices and partner details
• Assist the Member Events Manager in compiling member event information for next month’s calendar
• Covering and hosting member events to ensure events run smoothly and obtain member feedback
• Support with requesting marketing collateral
• Propose creative event programming ideas to manager across art, fashion, entertainment, music, film, culinary and tech verticals

What we are looking for 

• Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in luxury hospitality or in similar industry
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Detail oriented, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills required (proficient in Word and Excel)
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
