Soho House Tel Aviv is a private members’ club with a 24-room boutique hotel, offering food & beverage, events, member experiences and hospitality services.
We are looking for an organised, hands-on and commercially minded Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day purchasing and logistics needs of the House.
The role works closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Club, Hotel Operations and Finance teams to ensure the right products and supplies are available at the right time, quality and cost.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or a similar operational role, preferably within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or F&B.
  2. Strong supplier-management and negotiation skills.
  3. Understanding of purchasing, inventory control and goods receiving processes.
  4. Commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
  5. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Ability to work independently, take ownership and work in a hands-on environment.
  7. Good computer skills and confidence working with operational and reporting systems.
  8. Strong systems orientation and the ability to quickly learn and support operational software and business applications.
  9. Experience with Priority, Opera and Micros systems is a significant advantage.
  10. Fluent Hebrew and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day purchasing activities across the House, including F&B, hotel, club, maintenance and operational supplies.
  2. Create, issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  3. Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Coordinate purchasing requirements with operational departments and ensure continuity of supply.
  5. Oversee the goods receiving process, ensuring deliveries are accurately checked, recorded and reconciled.
  6. Monitor stock levels and support effective inventory control and replenishment.
  7. Review supplier invoices, pricing and delivery documentation, resolving discrepancies when required.
  8. Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier and inventory records in company systems.
  9. Support the administration of purchasing, inventory and hospitality systems, and act as the main point of contact for basic onsite systems support.
  10. Identify and implement improvements to purchasing, receiving, inventory and operational processes while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
