House Foundations

Our programme of social responsibility initiatives represents the foundation of our Houses. By focusing on representation, recruitment, engagement, culture, accountability and education, we can create a positive difference for those around us.

Diversity, equity & inclusion

In 2020, we published our pledge — a list of commitments addressing racial injustice. As we continue to grow and evolve in our journey of belonging, we have widened that focus to include a broader range of identities.

Soho Apprenticeships

Our Soho Apprenticeships support people at the beginning of their career or people who are looking to enter hospitality for the first time. Our entry-level training programme provides ambitious talent with the practical skills, training and support they need to confidently kickstart their career.

Environmental

Our ambitious sustainability programme is how we make sure our business has a positive effect on the environment. We measure our progress against the UN Sustainable Development Goals, making sure environmental progress is at the core of how we shape our future.
