Bar Manager - Babington House (£45k dependant on experience)

We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Bar Manager to join our Babington House team in the heart of the Somerset countryside. Leading a team of talented Bartenders and Barbacks you will oversee a number of bars across the site supporting with drinks across a busy breakfast, lunch and dinner service 7 days per week.

What we are looking for – Bar Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to provide an excellent drinking experience for our members, along with the smooth running of a busy bar area.  You will have experience managing a team, and have a natural ability to spot areas for progression; owning your management role in mentoring and training individuals in your team. Equally, you will be able to spot talent and enjoy thinking of new and innovative ways to get the best out of your team!

As a talented and experienced Bartender yourself, you will be leading from the front and be able to create classic and innovative drinks, including our famous Picantes, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

• Previous management experience within hospitality or service-based industry, leading a team in a busy environment
